This website is operated by ADHDkit ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting adhdkit.co or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

TL;DR: Don't share or resell our templates. Use them for personal use only. We're humans running a small business — treat us fairly, and we'll do the same.

Section 1: Who Can Use ADHDkit

  • You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to purchase

  • Our templates are for personal, non-commercial use only

  • You cannot reproduce, redistribute, or resell any digital products

  • You cannot share download links or upload templates to public platforms

  • Breaking these rules = immediate termination of access without refund

Section 2: What You're Actually Buying

When you purchase from ADHDkit, you receive:

❌ You do NOT own the copyright to our templates
❌ You cannot resell, share, or claim them as your own
❌ You cannot use them for client work (unless you purchase a commercial license, if we offer one in the future)

Section 3: How We Deliver Products

  • All products are digital downloads delivered instantly via email

  • Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes

  • If you have technical issues, email support@adhdkit.co within 7 days

  • We'll fix broken files or issue a refund if we can't resolve the issue

Section 4: Refunds & Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Quick summary:

  • ✅ Refunds within 30 days, no questions asked

  • ✅ Technical issues = we fix it or refund you

  • ❌ No refunds after 30 days

  • ❌ No refunds if you've shared/resold the templates

Section 5: What We're NOT Responsible For

ADHDkit is sold "as-is." We don't guarantee:

  • That our templates will cure your ADHD (they're tools, not magic)

  • That they'll work with every version of Notion/Canva forever

  • That you'll use them consistently (but we designed them to help!)

  • That the information on our site is 100% accurate at all times

We are NOT liable for:

  • Lost productivity, income, or data

  • Decisions you make based on using our templates

  • Third-party platform changes (Notion, Canva, etc.)

Section 6: Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • ✅ Provide accurate billing information

  • ✅ Keep your email address updated so we can reach you

  • ✅ Not use our products for illegal purposes

  • ✅ Not share, resell, or redistribute our templates

  • ✅ Email us before filing a chargeback (seriously, please do this)

Section 7: Intellectual Property & Copyright

All templates, designs, text, and branding on ADHDkit are protected by copyright.

You MAY:

  • Use templates for your personal ADHD management

  • Customize them for your own needs

  • Print copies for yourself

You MAY NOT:

  • Share templates with friends, family, or online communities

  • Upload them to file-sharing sites (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)

  • Sell them or claim them as your own work

  • Use them for client work unless explicitly permitted

DMCA Copyright Infringement:
If you see our templates being shared illegally, report it to support@adhdkit.co with:

  • URL of the infringing content

  • Description of what's being shared

  • Your contact information

Section 8: Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you:

  • Share or resell our products

  • File fraudulent refund requests

  • Abuse our refund policy (3+ refunds + repurchases = flagged)

  • Use our site to spam, harass, or distribute malware

If we terminate your account:

  • You lose all download access immediately

  • No refund will be issued

  • We may pursue legal action for copyright infringement

Section 9: Third-Party Tools (Notion, Canva, etc.)

Our templates require third-party platforms like Notion and Canva.

Important:

  • We don't control these platforms

  • If Notion or Canva changes their features, we'll do our best to update templates, but we're not legally obligated to

  • Any issues with those platforms are between you and them, not us

Section 10: Privacy & Data

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Quick summary:

  • We collect your email and payment info (via Shopify)

  • We don't sell your data

  • We use your email for order confirmations and (optional) updates

  • You can unsubscribe anytime

Section 11: Pricing & Product Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time (doesn't affect previous purchases)

  • Discontinue products without notice

  • Update or modify templates as needed

  • Add new features or tools

If we update a template you purchased:
You'll get the updated version for free (if we remember to send it — we're ADHD too 😅)

Section 12: Chargebacks (Please Read This)

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will:

  • Cost us $25+ in fees

  • Trigger fraud flags that hurt our small business

  • Result in permanent account suspension

  • Potentially lead to legal action

We will refund you if you're within 30 days. Just email us at support@adhdkit.co first.

Section 13: Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability: The amount you paid for the product. That's it.

We are NOT liable for:

  • Lost profits, revenue, or productivity

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (Notion, Canva)

  • Your decision to buy something during hyperfocus at 2 AM (we've all been there)

Translation: If our templates don't work for you, we'll refund your $36.99. But we're not responsible beyond that.

Section 14: Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law (we're based in Mumbai).

If there's a dispute:

  1. Email us first at support@adhdkit.co (30-day mandatory mediation period)

  2. If unresolved, binding arbitration in Mumbai, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996

  3. International users agree to exclusive jurisdiction in India

Section 15: Changes to These Terms

We can update these Terms at any time. We'll post changes here with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use = acceptance of the new terms.

(We'll try to email you if there's a major change, but ADHD memory being what it is... check this page periodically.)

Section 16: Miscellaneous Legal Stuff

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies

  • Our failure to enforce a rule doesn't mean we waive that rule

  • These Terms are the entire agreement between us (no verbal promises count)
