About Us
You're not lazy.
You're not broken.
Your tools were.
ADHDkit exists because ADHD women told us exactly what they needed โ and nobody was building it.
Built by the ADHD community.
Executed by us.
We don't have ADHD. What we have is deep respect for the community, thousands of hours of listening, and a commitment to building exactly what ADHD women asked for โ and nothing else.
ADHDkit started with a question we kept seeing everywhere in ADHD communities: "Why does every productivity system fail me?"
So we listened. For months, we absorbed thousands of posts from Reddit threads, support groups, Discord channels, and late-night forum vents. The patterns were impossible to ignore:
- "I know what to do. My body just won't start."
- "Another abandoned planner. More proof I'm the problem."
- "Perfect at work. Completely crashed at home."
- "Time just... disappears. I can't explain it."
- "I've spent hundreds on planners. They all fail me by day 3."
Our role? We're the execution team. ADHD women tell us what their brains need. We design it, send it back for testing, and revise until real feedback says it works. If it doesn't survive contact with executive dysfunction on a genuinely bad brain day โ it gets scrapped entirely.
Here's exactly how we built ADHDkit:
We listened to your daily reality.
Every pain point below comes directly from ADHD community posts. Every template in ADHDkit was designed around one of these struggles.
"I know exactly what to do. But I'm completely frozen. Watching myself from a distance, screaming internally to just start."
โ r/ADHD, 4.2k upvotes"Lying awake remembering 14 things I forgot. Racing through tomorrow's disasters before they happen. Can't turn it off."
โ r/ADHDwomen, 3.8k upvotes"Perfect professional by day. Completely crashed at home. Performing 'normal' until there's nothing left of me."
โ r/ADHDwomen, 6.1k upvotes"47 systems. 47 failures. Each abandoned one feeling like more proof that I'm the problem โ not the system."
โ r/ADHD, 5.4k upvotes"Time doesn't feel real to me. Always 20 minutes late. A 10-minute task takes 3 hours โ or never happens at all."
โ r/ADHD, 7.2k upvotes"Screaming at myself to do literally anything. Watching from a distance as the day disappears and nothing gets done."
โ r/ADHDwomen, 4.9k upvotesIt's what happens when brilliant brains are handed the wrong tools.
Every template passes the
bad brain day test.
If it doesn't work when you're dysregulated, exhausted, and running on fumes โ it doesn't ship.

"I've tried 12+ planners over the years. Every single one ended up abandoned by day 4. The brain dump template in ADHDkit is the first thing that's actually worked for my task paralysis. The pre-filled examples meant I didn't freeze at a blank page. Three weeks in and I'm still using it โ that's a record for me."
"My therapist noticed the difference before I even mentioned I was using something new. The time-blocking template helped me stop underestimating how long everything takes โ my time blindness was making me chronically late and anxious. Finally feels like I have a system that doesn't require willpower I don't have."
"The restart-friendly design is what sold me. I missed an entire week during a work deadline crunch, and when I came back, there was no guilt. No blank pages staring at me. Just picked up where I left off. For someone who's abandoned every system out of shame, this is exactly what my brain needed."
"Before ADHDKit, my days felt like constant chaos โ unfinished tasks, forgotten deadlines, and endless guilt. The guided pathways helped me actually finish what I start. For the first time, I feel calm, capable, and in control. This is the first system that truly understands how my ADHD brain works."
Not another planner that fails you.
