If ADHDkit doesn't work for you, we'll refund you. Simple as that.

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Email us within 30 days

Send a message to support@adhdkit.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick note about why it didn't work for you (optional — we don't require essays)

Step 2: We respond within 48 hours

We'll confirm your refund. If you want, we can also troubleshoot to see if we can help make it work for your brain.

Step 3: Money back in 5-7 business days

Your refund goes to your original payment method. No hidden fees. No deductions. Full amount back.

✅ When We Give Refunds (No Questions Asked)

  • It didn't work for your brain. ADHD is different for everyone. If our system doesn't click with yours, we get it.

  • Technical issues. Corrupted files, broken downloads, templates won't open — we'll fix it or refund you.

  • Unauthorized purchase. If someone used your card without permission, we'll refund immediately (just provide proof of unauthorized transaction).

  • You forgot you bought it. ADHD tax is real. If you genuinely didn't remember purchasing and haven't used the templates, we'll work with you.

  • Changed your mind. Within 30 days? Totally fine. No judgment.

❌ When We Can't Refund

  • After 30 days. Our guarantee window closes after one month. (Set a reminder if you think you'll need it!)

  • Shared or resold templates. If we detect file sharing or resale of our templates, refunds are voided and account access is revoked.

  • Chargebacks without contact. If you file a chargeback with your bank without emailing us first, we can't help you — and your account will be permanently suspended.

  • Repeat refund abuse. If you've refunded 3+ products and keep repurchasing, we'll flag your account. We track patterns, not people, but we protect against abuse.

🛠️ Technical Issues? Let Us Fix It First

Before requesting a refund for technical problems, give us a chance to help:

  1. Check your spam/promotions folder for the download email

  2. Try a different browser or device (sometimes it's just a browser glitch)

  3. Email us a screenshot of the error — we respond within 24-48 hours

Most tech issues are fixed in under 2 hours. But if we can't solve it within 7 days, we'll refund you immediately — no questions asked.

🚨 About Chargebacks (Please Read)

We get it — sometimes ADHD impulse purchases happen. Please email us before filing a chargeback. Here's why:

  • Chargebacks cost us $25+ in fees (even if we wanted to refund you anyway)

  • They trigger fraud flags that can hurt our small business

  • We will refund you if you're within 30 days — just ask us first

  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us result in permanent account suspension and we may pursue legal action for fraudulent disputes
