1. Digital Products – No Physical Shipping

All products on ADHDkit are digital downloads. Nothing physical will be shipped to you.

(We know you might have ADHD and impulse-bought this thinking it was a physical planner. It's not. It's better — instant access, zero waiting, no lost packages.)

2. Instant Delivery (Usually Under 5 Minutes)

After your purchase is complete, you'll receive your templates via:

✅ Automated email with download links sent to your email address
✅ Account dashboard access (if you created an account during checkout)

Expected delivery time: Within 5 minutes of payment confirmation

3. Didn't Get Your Download? Here's What to Do

If you don't see your download email within 10 minutes, try these steps:

Step 1: Check Your Spam/Promotions Folder

90% of "missing" downloads are hiding in spam. Look for an email from ADHDkit or noreply@adhdkit.co.

Step 2: Check Your Account Dashboard

If you created an account during checkout, log in at adhdkit.co/account — your downloads should be waiting there.

Step 3: Double-Check Your Email Address

Sometimes ADHD fingers type the wrong email. Check your order confirmation — did we send it to the right address?

Step 4: Email Us

Still can't find it? Contact support@adhdkit.co with:

  • Your order number (check your payment confirmation email)

  • The email address you used at checkout

  • Screenshot of your payment confirmation (if you have it)

We respond within 24-48 hours and will resend your download link immediately.

4. Technical Issues with Downloaded Files

If your templates won't open or are corrupted:

  1. Try downloading again (sometimes files get interrupted)

  2. Check that you have the required software (Notion, Canva)

  3. Email us at support@adhdkit.co with a screenshot of the error

We'll fix it or send replacement files within 48 hours.

5. Refunds & Returns

Since these are digital products, all sales are final except under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. Lost Your Download Link?

ADHD brain deleted the email? We get it.

Email support@adhdkit.co with your order number, and we'll resend your download link (no judgment, no hassle).
